Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Everyone over the age of 18, including responsible adults must present a valid ID. For details about what is a valid form of ID, please visit our FAQ page. 
Glowing Rooms is a Licensed Venue and staff always follow Responsible Service of Alcohol laws.

Confirmed bookings are a live event and non-refundable.

You, and everyone who is part of your booking, need to arrive 15 minutes before your booking to allow time for setup. The max play time for the console gaming is 60 minutes from your booked starting time. Total play time is not extended even if you are running late as we run bookings back-to-back. Our console gaming experience is designed for an even number of players. However, solo players are welcome. The minimum number of tickets are two. If you are intending to book a separate experience for 3D mini golf, please book an hour and a half before or after your Console Gaming booking to allow time to play and enjoy the experience as it may take over an hour to complete.

Redeeming a voucher on the checkout page
If your voucher code includes special characters (e.g., $50-ABCD1234), please note that the voucher code starts AFTER the – (e.g., your voucher code would be ABCD1234).
