Glowing Rooms is a Licensed Venue and staff always follow Responsible Service of Alcohol laws.

Confirmed bookings are a live event and non-refundable.

Plese arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked starting time to allow for check-in and setup. Room hire duration is not extended even if you are running late as we run bookings back-to-back. If you are intending to book a separate experience for 3D mini golf, please book an hour and a half before or after your Karaoke booking to allow time to enjoy each experience.
