Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Everyone over the age of 18, including responsible adults must have valid ID. For details about what is a valid form of ID, please visit our FAQ page. 
Glowing Rooms is a Licensed Venue and staff always follow Responsible Service of Alcohol laws.

Virtual Reality Escape Rooms are not suitable for children under 14 years old, hence they are not permitted to play.

Confirmed bookings are a live event and non-refundable.

You, and everyone who is part of your booking, need to arrive 15 minutes before your booking to allow time for the VR induction. The max play time for the VR experience is 60 minutes. Inductions cannot be skipped, even if you are running late. Total play time is not extended as we run bookings back-to-back. The games are designed for an even number of players (2, 4, or 6), which we cannot change. If you are intending to book a separate experience for 3D mini golf, please book an hour and a half before or after your VR Escape Room booking to allow time to play and enjoy the experience as it may take over an hour to complete.

If you consume Alcohol before your VR Escape Room you will not be allowed to play, and tickets are forfeited.

Redeeming a voucher on the checkout page
If your voucher code includes special characters (e.g., $50-ABCD1234), please note that the voucher code starts AFTER the – (e.g., your voucher code would be ABCD1234).

If your voucher code DOES NOT contain any special characters, please enter the voucher code as it is.
